I have2 python scripts

1: For turning on and turning off my device camera along with 8 Led lights simultaneously.

2: Video broadcasting is achieved successfully, but Picture has a lot of disturbance this is because of code is not able to form a frame in a sequential or orderly manner because of that there are disturbance/ Video loss in final Output.

What I need: Anyone with relevant skill set can complete/ modify current script for better video broadcasting.

And a new script to capture Image and record Videos in application.
