Senior Developer with Mentorship Skills Needed

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to mentor our junior developer for feature enhancement for our existing Flutter Mobile Applicaiton:
Key Responsibilities:
Mentorship and Guidance:
Provide ongoing mentorship to two junior developers, assisting them with problem-solving, code reviews, and best practices.
Conduct weekly 1-on-1 or group sessions to discuss project progress and provide feedback.
Help the junior developers gain a deeper understanding of development processes, architecture, and optimization techniques.
Technical Guidance (Development Support):
-Guide the team in backend development (PHP and MySQL) and frontend (Flutter) to ensure seamless integration between the two.
-Support the development of features such as data storage/retrieval from the app to cPanel, booking systems, and real-time push notifications.
-Help junior developers understand API integrations and implement best practices for system synchronization and data management.
Project Assistance (Key Focus Areas):
-Data Handling: Assist in how to store and pull app data into the cPanel. Help determine if changes need to be made in both Flutter and PHP or if the focus should solely be on Flutter.
-Booking System Architecture: Provide guidance on storing selected packages in the database and pulling them back to the user's cart. Offer insights into backend architecture for appointment booking systems.
-Real-time Notifications: Guide on real-time push notifications in the app’s chat feature using Firebase or alternative third-party services.
-System Synchronization: Assist with ensuring that the booking system synchronizes bookings with the correct packages.
-API Development: Support junior staff in creating and integrating APIs across both Flutter and PHP.
Requirements:
Experience:
-5+ years of development experience with backend (PHP, MySQL) and frontend (Flutter).
-Previous experience mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus.
-Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and database management.
-Experience with Firebase and real-time notifications.
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in PHP and Flutter development.
-Deep understanding of API development and integration.
-Experience with database design and management (MySQL).
-Knowledge of real-time push notifications using Firebase or other third-party services.
-Familiarity with booking system architecture and handling large-scale app data.
-Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms for data protection is a plus.
Soft Skills:
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
-Patience and passion for mentoring and helping junior developers grow.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Payment Terms:
Budget: $1,200 USD for 15 hours per month over 6 months (negotiable based on experience).
