Arbitration against crypto exchange in Singapore

I've been trading on a crypto exchange for years, I cannot withdraw funds recently, giving message new users can withdraw after 24 hours registration, but several days passed, I still cannot withdraw. The terms specify any distributes shall be resolved by SIAC. With consideration of relatively small amount involved and high arbitration fees, I cannot afford to pay additional legal fees from legal firms. Therefore, I'm seeking for someone who understand Singapore law and SIAC rules to represent myself in Singapore. If you are fresh graduate or intern from law study in Singapore, it might be qualify for this work. It would be ideal if you have knowledge on cryptocurrency. There is one basic request: you MUST be in Singapore and preferably can speak in mandarin.
