Campaign Overview
To keep a consistent tone across the existing campaign I will use marketing material you have already created for the adverts. I will request any possible raw footage, edited photos and logos to be sent over to me so I can create the adverts. From there I will create a range of video and still image adverts for Instagram and Facebook that will be promoted against key traits in potential backers we will work together to identify, for example age range, hobbies etc of an ideal customer. Video adverts should be the main promotional content as it has a higher engagement rate. These adverts will be themed either towards the lifestyle and sense of accomplishment that can be achieved by owning this watch or around the story that led to the making of this company. These communications will help to raise awareness of Davinci XXI and convert and potential backers into backers.
Production.
As previously mentioned using any existing footage and photos that could be sent to me I will create the adverts to deliver a specific message in each one. I propose four 15 second video adverts and one, one minute advert. The 15 second adverts will be showcasing individual watches from your silver, gold, black and rose gold series. Whereas the one minute advert will promote the brand. In addition to this the still image adverts will show any discounted price that will available for early backers. These adverts will be created in Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
Distribution.
Despite you’re request in the brief use of ad word promotion I believe that you will receive a better conversion rate from targeting Facebook and Instagram users with these adverts. Using custom made audiences I will manage the advert distribution on Facebook and Instagram adjusting the ad spend depending on the results of the adverts.
Budget
The quoted budget in freelancer will cover all of the advert creation, management and any adjustments needed throughout the campaign. This does not however include the budget for spending on promotions themselves.
Measuring
I will monitoring the results of the adverts as they are running and will create a full report of the campaign upon completion.
Timings
It will take me two days to create all the adverts, once signed off by yourselves I will begin drafting the adverts structure and begin the promotions with 24 hours of being signed off. The campaign will be set up in a way to run until you choose to cancel it, however, it should be noted the results are likely to diminish over time.
