I'm seeking a creative and skilled individual that can assist me with designing a unique 15-acre project. This land will host a 2.5-acre resort (6 cottage with all Interiors), along with a diverse fruit and vegetable farm.
The primary purpose of this project is to balance between tourism and agriculture, hence, I need a design that equally emphasizes on both aspects.
The resort must integrate outdoor recreational activities and dining/entertainment/Night camping outside facilities to attract and entertain a wide range of guests. Creativity in fusing these facilities within a natural environment would be key.
The rest of the land will be utilized for various farming activities, with a higher emphasis on fruit farming. An individual with a solid understanding of agricultural needs such as crop spacing, irrigation systems, and sunlight requirements will be ideal for the job.
The farming area will be divided as follows:
- 0.5 acre for fish farming (farm Dock and Chicken)
- 2 acres for coconut & Betel nut cultivation
- 2 acres for lemon trees
- 2 acres for Mango & Litchi trees
- 2 acres for avocados
- 2 acres for macadamia
- 2 acres for other assorted fruits and vegetables
The ultimate design should seamlessly blend the resort to the surrounding farmland, creating an idyllic environment that encourages relaxation, enjoyment, and agricultural productivity.
