Hi i am Steampunk performance poet and wordsmith performing as Brigadier Bumblebottom I'm seeking an illustrator to bring my whimsical, steampunk aesthetic poems to life. The first poem and this project Is entitled The Queens Own Balloon Jumping. Corps. Each stanza of the poems will need an accompanying image, with the illustrations capturing adventure scenes and featuring recurring characters, including the main protagonist, supporting cast, villains, and African animals. There are 13 stanzas Key components to illustrate: - Adventure scenes full of whimsy and steampunk elements - The journey of the main protagonist and interactions with the supporting cast and villains - Encounters with various African animals - Themes of Adventure and whimsy Ideal candidates will have: - A strong portfolio of steampunk and whimsical illustration - Experience in illustrating for poetry or children's books - Ability to depict complex themes and narratives in their illustrations - Skills in creating engaging and adventurous scenes - Familiarity or interest in African wildlife These illustrations will be used for a whimsical book and keepsake, so attention to detail and quality is paramount.
