Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced web developer to build an image search website. The website will allow users to upload images and get search results from various image search APIs, displaying the images and related data returned in a clean and organized format. The developer will work with us to integrate and complete the website, ensuring it is secure, user-friendly, and fully functional.
Some parts of the website, such as the results page code, are already available, and we have a Figma wireframe to guide the design. We need a developer to handle the backend integration, implement additional features like CAPTCHA protection, and ensure the platform is robust.
Key Features and Requirements:
1. User Authentication System:
Secure Login Mechanism with email/password login and 2-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
Users must be able to register, login, and logout with encrypted password storage.
Password recovery/reset feature.
2. Image Search Functionality:
Allow users to upload images and get results from multiple image search APIs (e.g., Google Vision, TinEye, or others).
The search results should return images and related data in a clean and user-friendly format.
Error handling for cases where the API fails or no results are found.
Limit the number of searches a user can perform based on their subscription plan (e.g., free plan limited to X searches per month, premium plan with more or unlimited searches).
3. History Page:
Users should have access to a history page where they can view all past searches (images uploaded, results retrieved).
Search history must be private and accessible only to the respective user.
4. Account Page:
Each user will have an account page to view their license details (subscription plans, billing history, etc.).
The page should include an option to update personal information and subscription details.
5. Admin Dashboard:
A comprehensive Admin Dashboard to manage users, view statistics, and perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on user accounts.
User management with the ability to activate/deactivate accounts and view activity logs.
View detailed usage statistics such as the number of searches performed, most popular searches, and API consumption.
License management: Admin should be able to set the start and expiry dates for user licenses and manage search limits for each user based on their plan.
6. CAPTCHA Integration:
Google reCAPTCHA (or an equivalent service) should be integrated into the website for additional protection against bots and spam.
reCAPTCHA should be applied to user login, registration, and search submission forms.
7. Cloudflare Integration:
Cloudflare integration for enhanced security (e.g., DDoS protection), faster website performance, and SSL encryption.
The developer should configure Cloudflare for optimal performance and security of the website.
8. Help Page:
A Help/Support Page to provide documentation, FAQs, and a contact form for users to reach out for assistance.
9. Logout Button:
A logout functionality that clears session data securely and redirects users to the home page or login page.
10. Frontend/Backend Tech Stack:
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS or VueJS (based on the Figma wireframe).
Backend: Node.js with Express (or your preferred framework).
Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB (depending on the design).
Authentication: JWT, OAuth, or session-based authentication.
Additional Requirements:
The website must be responsive and mobile-friendly.
The developer must ensure cross-browser compatibility.
