Graphic Designer (Social Media, Web & Branding) – Full-Time, Dedicated Position
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented full-time Graphic Designer who can fully commit to our team. This position cannot be held concurrently with another full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging social media visuals, designing website layouts, creating print materials, and developing branding assets including logos that align with our brand identity. The role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, and strong collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Artwork
Design compelling graphics for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) that capture brand messaging and drive audience engagement.
Develop visually consistent templates for stories, posts, and ad campaigns.
Website Design
Collaborate with web developers to create intuitive, visually stunning website layouts and user interfaces.
Update existing web pages, ensuring brand consistency and optimal user experience.
Print Collateral
Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and banners.
Coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production and brand standards.
Branding & Logos
Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
Conceptualize and create unique logos, mood boards, and style guides.
Create visuals for personal branding (e.g., thought leaders, influencers, company executives) to ensure a cohesive, authentic brand presence.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Research & Innovation
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies—including AI-driven design solutions.
Proactively learn and integrate new AI tools into the design workflow to enhance productivity and creativity.
Propose new ideas and creative strategies to continually improve our visual presence.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house setting preferred).
Demonstrated experience in creating personal branding visuals for individuals or organizations.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Canva for quick, on-brand social media designs.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, XD).
Understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout) for both digital and print.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI design tools to optimize workflows.
Soft Skills
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
