I'm in need of a seasoned professional who can develop CI/CD pipelines for my .NET 8 WinForms application using Azure DevOps. The project involves dealing with multiple deployment points, many of which don't have a public or static IP and all deployment point are Windows OS (Server OS 2016+, Windows 10). Hence, the use of agent-based deployment is crucial.
Key Requirements:
