Hello, my name is Denisa and I start working in 2021, during my last year at the Faculty of History. I am a team player
but I can also work very proficient by myself. In the last 4 years I worked at 4 different companies, KFC, Capgemini,
Affirma and SCC. Changing jobs helped become very adaptable to change and I feel comfortable in a place that is in a
continue evolution. I am used with working with emails, chats, tickets, inbound calls, outbound calls and meetings.
Worked with many ticketing systems, Service Now, Service Now Advanced, Taurus, Azure as ticketing system, Remedy
and a few others. Worked in the past with Dynamics365, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Shared mailbox and Share
points. Used to to basic troubleshooting, connecting to user devices, install applications and also giving licenses.
Now I am working more with MTR Portals and TeamViewer, also analyze customer issues, creating PO's, raising RMA's,
booking our engineers for site visits for any hardware related issues
