Moderate Detail CAD Design for 3D Printing

I'm seeking an experienced CAD designer to create a moderate-detail design for a medium-sized helical impeller design (30 cm) intended for 3D printing. It must incorporate both impeller blades and guide vanes that separate each impeller blade. The impeller blades will extend well above the body and spiral down the body 360 degrees. all the way down to a taper. The provided image should give a general shape of the impeller profile
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in CAD software
- Prior experience in designing for 3D printing
- Ability to incorporate a moderate level of detail into the design
- Understanding of the specifications for medium-sized objects (10-30 cm)
