Audio Enhancement for Conversation Recording

I have a personal recording of a conversation that needs professional audio enhancement. The recording was made with an Android app, All Call Recording, and the audio quality is extremely poor. - One party (male voice) can be heard very audibly, however the other party (female voice) can barely be heard. - I specifically need help enhancing the clarity of speech of the other party (female voice). - I only need specific key parts of the conversation enhanced, not the entire recording.
