I am looking to hire a freelancer for the task of analyzing an emerging hotspot. Task: I'm looking for perform an emerging hot spot analysis using spatial pattern data mining with ArcGISPro. I have set of raster images for a local area from 2012-2022 as in one year time gap an 100m resolution in my local area, Its the annual temperature variation in summer for every year and I need to identify hotspots and cold spots of temperature changes for the area. The issue is that I have only raster images to preform this emerging hot spot analysis and all the tutorials I have seen on web are using vector data. I am able to provide geospatial data sets as part of this analysis. The intended end use for this analysis is academic research. I am looking for someone with strong analytical skills and experience working with geospatial data. If you have the necessary expertise to deliver on the tasks required to carry out a detailed analysis of an emerging hotspot and you are interested in taking on this project, please send me your proposal.
