I'm looking for a developer to transfer content from the Joomla 1.5 website to a new Wordpress site with the same URL. The Evaluation Toolbox website is a free educational resource developed approximately 15 years ago. Whilst the content is old, the site is still used by the general public and evaluation / international development specialists. Joomla 1.5 is not secure and the site is hacked frequently. Upgrading Joomla versions is possible, however, we think maintaining a site in Wordpress will be easier in the long run. I'm open to having a conversation with a developer about staying with Joomla if the process is faster and easier.
