We are looking for an architect/designer to design our personal home for a new construction. The style of the house is modern/coastal with a walk out basement. We already have black lines in CADD (attached) and need help with completing elevations and full construction sets. We plan to have the engineering completed locally. We would like to have this project completed by mid April 2025. We both have backgrounds in residential construction and can assist with all technical questions regarding structural and mechanical layouts while coordinating with our vendors/suppliers.
