...been through 6+ developers over the past 20 years, and NOBODY DELIVERED it complete! Others tried to STEAL it and others half finished it and others were just plain INCOMPETENT! At one point it was almost completed with testing done and all, whereby the developers were blown away by the results (I have the screenshots)! But ironically, precisely because of that testing we had a fall-out as they wanted part of it and I refused. So it went in limbo for 4 years.
