Contest Brief

I'm a property management company based in Gainesville, FL, and I'm looking for a unique and creative logo that captures the essence of my company, Swamp to Shore Stays LLC.

Key Requirements:
- The logo should subtly incorporate elements related to Gainesville, such as Gators and the swamp with elements of the shoreline, but not overwhelmingly so. It should also incorporate property management-related imagery to some degree.
- I'm open to all design styles - modern, vintage, minimalistic, or something entirely different. Uniqueness and creativity are key.
- While I'm open to all color schemes, please avoid using color schemes associated with other football teams - I'm in Gator Nation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in logo design, particularly for the property management sector.
- Strong understanding of design principles and trends across different styles.
