Contest Brief

I'm looking to create a set of 29 product images for selling various automation templates. A modern and clean style is good.

- They should all be in a square format (1:1 aspect ratio)
- The images need to have a cohesive styling, utilizing consistent colors and fonts throughout
- Each will need separate content however, to best display the value and purpose of each automation, so careful thought & creativity will be needed
- The final outcome should be visually appealing, professional and clearly communicate the purpose of each template.
- Images should not contain the name of the automation, but may contain words. (The names below are not final, only descriptive, for your understanding.)

Ideal candidates for this project would have:

- Experience with graphic design, specifically in creating product images or similar visuals
- A portfolio that demonstrates an understanding and ability to execute a modern, clean design style
- Familiarity with creating images for digital products like automation templates would be a plus, but not a requirement.

The ability to work efficiently and adhere to deadlines is essential.

**Template List:** (Extra details provided for clarity, they do not all need to be shown in the image)

1. Generate Invoices Automatically (Simple)
- from flat fees, recurring fees or a simple calculation (price x quantity, time estimate x price)

2. Generate Invoices Automatically (Advanced)
- From time tracked (including partial billing)
- Extras (cost pass-on to client)
- Bundling in QuickBooks

3. Generate Quotes/Estimates Automatically
4. Stage/Status based email sending
5. Contract generation and Post-Signing Actions
6. Dynamic Document Generation & Filling (PDF. Word. Google Docs)
7. Post-Project Analysis Report
8. Commission Calculation & Reporting
9. Auto-Progress Workflow (Update stage/status based on completion of events)
10. Client Onboarding (Project/Client Setup)
- Folder Setup (Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Tasks set up in Task Manager (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Form for client to fill to gather info - added to task/folder
- Welcome email to client - can include resources, form link or document upload location

11. Sales Intake
- Intake from:
- Calendar (Calendly etc.) bookings
- Website sign-ups/contact form enquiries
- Purchases
- Leads generated by Facebook or Google Ads
- Manual lead input
- Create Client in CRM
- Set up sales tasks in CRM/Task Manager
- Auto-email - acknowledging, sending resources, informing of next steps, with booking link or form, etc.

12. Ecommerce -> Inventory/Stock Management Platform
13. Ecommerce Orders -> 3PL
14. Create work tasks when clients have services added (Client -> Work Tasks)
- Create Task when service added
- Can be yearly manual/recurring

15. Client Emails -> Client CRM records (i.e as comments in ClickUp)
16. Generate email drafts (with or without AI)

ClickUp Specific Automations
17. Advanced calculations (Reference table lookup, P&I, Rolling/YTD totals etc.)
18. ClickUp Watchdog (undo unauthorised change)
19. Update ClickUp Task from form (including ClickUp forms, or 3rd party forms)
20. Sync data across ClickUp Lists
21. Roll information up or down to/from subtasks in ClickUp
22. ClickUp automatic task linking (i.e Client/Project/task/lead/quote/invoice)

Jotform Specific Automations

There are no existing examples, as these will be the first images for this purpose, so creativity is required.

Logos would be great, but are specific to the software platforms related to that particular automation.
(i.e for invoicing/quote related automations it's mainly QuickBooks and Xero)
