My name is Sadia Islam Promi and I am a qualified freelance educator from Bangladesh with the utmost dedication to students’ achievements in English and Math. For the past 12 years of my career, I have managed to adjust the teaching process so that there is an opportunity for each student to receive individual one-on-one attention that builds confidence and expertise. I joined this professional field because I wanted to help students achieve their goals and also in realization that no two learners are the same. I have a considerable education background having graduated from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) with a Bachelors (BBA) and a Master’s degree (MBA) both specializing in Marketing. I take pride in the fact that I was the top of my class for both Bachelors and Masters Degree programs with best CGPA of 3.95 in my BBA and 4.0 in my MBA, emerging the best in both programs. All these feats depict my commitment to discipline and the will to perform well in my studies which I also teach my students to observe. I have been working in the capacity of an e-educator since the year 2020 where I also extended my services to various undergraduates and graduates plus working individuals who want to hone their skills. For these four years, I have helped students with their course content, assignments, and projects each according to their distinct needs. My work also includes helping people from other sectors who wish to expand their knowledge for the purpose of career improvement. This online experience has expanded the scope of my talents allowing me to reach various needs without the limitation of physical presence due to the use of technology. My teaching philosophy is based on care, attentive to the students in every class and each lesson is focused on the strengths and weaknesses of the students.I believe that personalized instruction not only boosts understanding but also motivates students to engage more deeply with their studies. In my one-on-one sessions, I make it a priority to create a supportive environment that encourages questions and fosters curiosity.
