we require a javascript for our wordpress site to display

- live webcams trough constant reload of JPG images (see sample below)

- option to play recored timelapse video

- script must be fully responsive and working on all OS and browser like iOs, Android, FF, IE, Chrome, Opera

- must support latest wordpress release
