Bharatpe Merchant Services Field Sales Executive

I'm looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to help boost the sales of our Merchant Services. The primary goal of this position is to increase product sales through focused efforts on building retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to promote and sell our Merchant Services.

- Strategically identify potential retail partners and initiate partnerships to increase our market reach.

- Drive sales through effective communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Proven experience in field sales, particularly in developing retail partnerships.

- Strong understanding and experience in selling merchant services.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to increase product sales.

The Field Sales Executive will focus on the geographic area of Kolkata. We will provide extensive sales training to ensure effective communication and negotiation with potential retail partners. This role is commission-based. We are particularly targeting small businesses as potential retail partners. The Field Sales Executive will aim to achieve monthly sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will prioritize in-person visits to identify and reach out to potential retail partners. The timeline for achieving the initial sales targets is expected to be 1-3 months. The Field Sales Executive will have access to our CRM software for managing contacts and sales processes. The Field Sales Executive will be provided with necessary marketing materials to assist in their sales efforts. Success will be measured by the monthly revenue growth achieved.
