Project Scope

1. Automate HubSpot Setup

Custom Object Creation: Automatically create a Feature_Audit custom object to store feature usage data.

Custom Properties: Set up HubSpot properties to track feature usage (e.g., workflows, sequences, forms).

Automated Workflows: Deploy pre-built workflows that log feature usage into HubSpot.

2. Develop a React-Based UI Extension

Standalone App in HubSpot Navigation: The extension should be accessible from the main HubSpot menu.

Audit Display: List all HubSpot features, their status (enabled/disabled), and the last checked date.

Filtering & Search: Allow users to filter features by category and usage.

Actionable Setup Links: Provide “Enable Now” buttons linking to the relevant HubSpot settings.

Sync & Refresh Button: Allow users to re-run audits to check for updates.

3. API Integrations & Data Fetching

HubSpot API: Fetch feature data using HubSpot’s Settings & CRM APIs.

Automated Feature Tracking: Pull data from custom properties and custom objects.

Workflow API Integration: Ensure workflows update audit results dynamically.

Requirements

Strong experience with HubSpot CRM API, UI Extensions, and Private Apps.

Proficiency in React.js for building the UI extension.

Familiarity with HubSpot automation, workflows, and custom objects.

Experience with OAuth authentication and HubSpot API rate limits.

Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building HubSpot marketplace apps.

Familiarity with Google Cloud SQL (if external storage is required in the future).

Knowledge of HubSpot Operations Hub for advanced automation.
