Format CSV to create a Task List with Job Headers

End Goal is to copy data from a CSV file and paste into a form with a macro which will reformat the data into an easy to read document. I have a report I output from our CRM software which provides a list of jobs and the open tasks associated with each job. Each open task is on a separate line. If a job has multiple tasks, the job header info is duplicated on every line of the report. The jobs may be from different clients. Requirement is to - 1) Run a CLIENT HEADING across the output document 2) Transpose the job header info and reformat 3) List the tasks under the job header 4) Delete any tasks which start with "1.0" 5) Repeat with all jobs for first client 6) Insert two blank lines in between each job 7) Create Run a CLIENT HEADING across the output document for the second client and repeat above as required; 8) Ensure date format is preserved as a date from CSV columns F, J, K, N 9) Page set up should be landscape, narrow margins 10) Save a copy of the output file to the desktop in ".xlsx" format and name it "Job Open Task Report yYYMMDD" 11) Add header "file name" on saving. Ensure all formatting in output document matches sample document provided (font, bold, justify, colour fill on cells, merge cells, wrap text, column width) I have attached a document with sample CSV file and the output required on following worksheets.
