I'm in need of a seasoned Engineer or Architect, registered in NY State, to assist in my house renovation project in Amagansett. The DWG drawings are complete, but I require structural details to finalize the renovation plans. Specifically, the job will entail creating plans for: - Wall modifications - Column replacements - A simple exterior deck Additionally, I need detailed plans for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing wall alterations. Ideal candidates should possess: - Valid NY Engineer or Architect registration - Extensive experience in structural design - Proficiency in creating renovation plans from DWG drawings - Previous work with both load-bearing and non-load-bearing wall modifications - Ability to design simple exterior decks The expected timeline for this project is 1-3 months.
