Project Description:We are seeking a talented videographer to capture an exciting and immersive experience event in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This event provides attendees with a multi-sensory journey featuring interactive installations, vibrant audiovisual displays, and themed spaces designed to fully engage participants. The objective is to document the attendees' interactions with the experience, capturing their emotions, engagement, and enjoyment throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality footage that includes:
Attendees interacting with immersive installations and experiences.
Wide-angle shots to highlight the scale and ambiance of the venue.
Close-up shots focusing on guests' reactions, expressions, hands-on engagement, and the unique corners of the experience.
Dynamic movement shots showcasing how visitors navigate the experience.
Detailed shots emphasizing lighting effects, soundscapes, and digital projections that enhance the atmosphere.
General crowd shots to showcase the overall energy and excitement.
Deliverables:
Raw, high-resolution video footage without editing.
A mix of wide, medium, and close-up shots to comprehensively capture the event.
Smooth, steady shots using stabilizers/gimbals.
Well-lit footage adaptable to changing lighting conditions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in filming live events, particularly immersive and interactive experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting lighting and crowd movements.
Professional-grade equipment (e.g., 4K camera, stabilizers, lenses for low-light conditions).
Discreet filming style to capture natural attendee interactions without intrusion.
Location: San Juan, Puerto RicoDate: Any day between January 25th and 30thTime Commitment: Half-day session
Additional Information:
No post-production or editing is required—only high-quality raw footage.
The videographer must be able to work independently and follow the provided shot list.
