Rajesh is great at getting small tasks done for our team. [12 September, 2022] Rajesh is decent compared to what you would expect from freelancer.com. I have to help him fix things when he makes mistakes. He is saving me time, though, so I'll continue to hire him. [12 September, 2022] Rajesh couldn't figure out how to get his ssh public key to work, so required some hand-holding. Also isn't used to subversion (which was stated as a requirement in the project bid) and couldn't debug his typos on his own. Often takes a day or two to respond to my questions. Ignored the screenshot I sent of a bug and insisted I didn't know what I was talking about. Pretty frustrating to have to repeat myself over and over again. Did eventually pay attention and fixed the bug. [12 September, 2022] Fixed a bug, but didn't follow directions. Had to debug the project for him and show him how he wasn't doing it correctly. He isn't very careful with his work. But, he is saving me time, and is typical of cheap freelancer.com programmers. [12 September, 2022] Rajesh fixed the bug he was assigned to, but erased my unrelated code in the process, due to not being careful and ran an incorrect Subversion command line and merged a changeset incorrectly. He did notice he had made a mistake, but didn't fix it, so I had to fix it for him and re-apply my changes. I have to check every code check-in he puts in carefully, because he checks in unncessary code, space-changes, unrelated files, etc. [26 September, 2022] Great work! [26 October, 2022] Rajesh has been working for me for a couple months now. I'd love for him to have more hours for me! [26 October, 2022] Good job... [02 December, 2022] Good job. Happy to have him continuing to work for us. [12 March, 2024] I have been working with Rajesh on a weekly basis for almost two years and have no plans to replace him.

I've worked with Rajesh for years and the quality of his work is just excellent! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a developer who really knows his stuff!
