SEO for my online school

I am looking to build a relationship with someone for ongoing SEO work. I would prefer to work with one person (ideally) who can understand my own SEO needs and then potentially new clients SEO needs.
I would like to focus initially on improving SEO for my online school based around selling health and wellbeing courses and one to one support.

I am looking for a skilled SEO specialist to improve the visibility and conversions. The specific goals for this project include online presence and searchable authority as well as increasing conversions and enrolments.
Scope of Work:
- SEO optimization for both specific courses and the entire school
- Keyword research and analysis
- On-page optimization, including meta tags, headings, and content optimization
- Off-page optimization, including link building and social media promotion
- Technical SEO, including website speed optimization and mobile optimization
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in SEO, preferably in the health and wellbeing industry
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques
- Experience in optimizing websites for conversions and enrolments
- Ability to work with a monthly budget of less than $100
I would also need YouTube SEO for videos and Podcast SEO although I am willing to work with other experts for this.
Right now I have a limited budget since I am just getting back to work after some time off. I am looking to spend £100 per month but as soon as my business grows so will the allocated budget. I am looking for a mix of experience and value.
My work is varied and creative and based around projects which are ethical practicing earth care, people care and fair shares principles. I am happy to increase budget and spend as the results come in.
I am looking for organic results, so finding the right people and having engaged, correctly matched audience rather than a large irrelevant following.
I will also have other websites with seo requirements if the results go well. If you have a track record of successfully improving organic traffic and conversions for online schools, please submit your proposal.
