We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Closer fluent in Russian to join our team. As a Sales Closer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by closing deals with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and potential investors. This is a commission-based role offering 15% of each successfully closed deal, with no cap on earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Present and effectively communicate Burhon Capital Partners' services to potential clients.
Develop tailored proposals and close high-value advisory deals.
Negotiate terms and agreements that align with the firm’s objectives and clients’ needs.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a sales closer in the financial advisory, investment, or consulting sector.
Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) and strong English communication skills.
Deep understanding of financial services, M&A, and capital markets is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
