MySQL/PHP website design

We are an online computer security training company that is looking for a web development group to create a highly interactive MySQL/PHP website for us. We have attached a .zip file, which includes information about our business concept, web site application descriptions, site statistics reporting document, and the proposed web site layout. Application Integration: Over the course of the next 12 months we are going to add several new java applets to our website along with all of the other applications that we will need to have integrated immediately. There are several free applications on the web that can do most of the things we need in this website (such as a project management system, online trouble ticket system, online testing software, etc…). 2. Databases: Database design is going to be very critical to this website. Integration of data from several sources into multiple databases is an absolute must. 3. Content: We will provide the developer with new website content, but we would still like the developer to be able, and willing to assist with website copy ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Red Hat Linux 9 Apache 2.0.40
