Second level menus with JavaScript and Embedded Perl

The attached code is the left nav bar from our home page, [[login to view URL]][1]. It uses HTML, JavaScript and Embedded Perl to create pop-up menus. I want to change the ‘Locations’ link to pop-up a menu of available states that will in turn pop-up the offices in that state. Your task is to modify the code and deliver it to me. I will use your method to modify other menus in our internal system. You may modify the ‘Location’ link or just add a fake two level menu that I can copy.
