Custom chat room

mix between chat room and messenger: 1/ where you first select a region (country or state) to chat with people that made the same region selection. 2/ that is cross-browser 3/ you may chat as a registered member or as a guest 4/ when you log in as a registered member, you can choose to use your login name to chat or to create a new one 5/ chatter has to identify to which category he belongs (fi: male or female) 6/ chat time is recorded in a database for registered users 7/ each chatter chat time is recorded for 24 hours (cookies?) 8/ there should be a way to give a alert message like (you have been chatting for 10 minutes!) 9/ rudimentary user interface (no fancy style sheet) This is the basic description. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform This should work on IIS 5.0 using ASP and SQL server. Ideally 3.0+ of Netscape and Explorer for the client. If really impossible (must be a good reason) 4.0+ will do.
