Wordpress Media Upload Error / Issue - http error. Pictures not showing or uploading

I want to start this by saying I have used Wordpress for years, and although I know many people have troubles uploading media to Wordpress and get the http error I have never had it. This is a new Wordpress install using GoDaddy Hosting. I had the issue right away so I manually installed a new copy and same issue. It is not a plugin issue, as I have tried it with a fresh copy. I have also tried many of the normal fixes such as adding code to the .htaccess file and setting permissions on the uploads folder.
I need someone to make my media uploads work. I am not sure what the issue is, but I want a good fix. Please put "media" in your bid to be considered. I need a Wordpress expert that can start now and fix this quick. I have FTP access for you. Thanks
