Logo Redesign for Versatile Adaptation

Hi, my names Bailey. I'm looking for a professional designer to modernize my logo (pilots course patch) The primary aim of this redesign is to make it adaptable for new uses, while still maintaining the core themes of the original logo.
What id like done
- Tiger, pretty much the same style (if not exactly) if you can. But a smaller size so it can be a whole Tiger not half(I still want that to be a large part of the patch itself). The second half that is currently missing could you complete but make it a skeleton (just white bones) including the paw that is on the left side ( I like how the left paw is extended in the picture)
- make the number 35 into “EC665” instead (I like how the numbers move from left to right and down and up with them overlapping. Can you change the colour of the numbers to green and gold. (If space is tight it could overlap the skeleton on the tiger slightly)
- the white plane that moves around the numbers could you change that to a ARH Tiger helicopter(you’ll have to good a picture) and have the white line move down and around the numbers instead of up (keep the helicopter a white silhouette)
- the white writing top left. Could you make that “ARH TIGER - LAST OF ITS KIND”
- the white writing on the bottom, could you make that “ARH - 031”
