Buscamos un/a asistente calificado/a que colabore con dramaturgo, docente y director teatral con más de 25 años de trayectoria. El candidato/a ideal será responsable de gestionar la presencia digital, planificar proyectos, manejar bases de datos (mailing), y desarrollar contenido creativo y profesional alineado con su trabajo teatral. Responsabilidades Principales: 1. Gestión de Proyectos y Organización: - Planificación y seguimiento de talleres, cursos y mentorías. - Organización de calendarios y cronogramas de actividades. - Manejo y actualización de bases de datos de alumnos, contactos y participantes. 2. Creación y Gestión de Campañas: - Diseño y ejecución de campañas de correo electrónico . - Creación de estrategias de marketing digital enfocadas en cursos, talleres y mentorías. - Monitoreo de métricas para optimizar el alcance y la conversión de campañas. 3. Gestión de Redes Sociales y Contenido Digital: - Creación de contenido para Instagram, Facebook y otras plataformas relevantes. - Edición de videos para reels, stories y otras publicaciones. - Interacción con seguidores, manejo de consultas y respuestas en redes sociales y WhatsApp. 4. Conocimiento y Afinidad con el Arte y la Dramaturgia: - Conocer y comprender el enfoque en la dramaturgia, la docencia y el teatro. - Crear contenido alineado con su estilo y objetivos artísticos. Perfil del Candidato/a Ideal: - Formación y experiencia: - Experiencia en gestión de redes sociales, creación de contenido y edición de videos. - Conocimiento en herramientas de marketing digital - Formación o interés en dramaturgia, teatro o artes escénicas (deseable). - Habilidades técnicas: - Manejo de herramientas de inteligencia artificial para generación de textos - Conocimientos básicos de diseño gráfico y edición de video. - Excelentes habilidades de redacción y comunicación.
