Organize and Align Adobe Illustrator Files

I need assistance with my Adobe Illustrator files which are primarily used for digital graphics. The project involves:
- Reorganizing layers and groups
- Stacking like pattern pieces together and aligning them to specific locations
- Splitting the file into multiple files based on the pattern piece
I have specific guidelines that need to be followed for the layers and groups. The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, particularly in file organization and restructuring. Attention to detail and the ability to follow given guidelines accurately is crucial for this task.
I've provided 2 images to reference. Step 1 is typically how we receive the patterns with all layers grouped under 1 main layer. Sometimes for certain patterns, there may be 2 files that need to be consolidate into 1 final file as well. Example youth sizes may be in 1 file and adult sizes in another. The final file would contain both. Step 2 shows how the pattern pieces should be aligned as well as how they are grouped. All text elements have been removed and only the pattern pieces remain with each being grouped under the correct pattern size.
This will be an ongoing project for whoever its awarded to as we have numerous patterns that we need to get processed.
