Phase one of four: Creating the wireframe for the magazine and the new web site telepartout

TelePartout mandate – Phase I
I need a freelancer to create a new wireframe using InDesign (.indd format among others) by Adobe.
Previous details showed that I needed a price list as it was a test run if I may say.
You see, I’ll introduce myself a bit so that the incumbent who is willing to bid on this project can expect to have a regular mandate should the bellow requirements be followed and respected entirely. I am looking for one or two individuals who take a more thoughtful approach, prioritizing sustainable and responsible gains over quick profits.
There are four phases in this endeavor aka Milestones. This mandate is Phase I
Do populate the attached wireframe with the ‘price list content’ also here below.
The overall idea is to populate the magazine I started during covid using the same “Look & Feel”. Template. As you can notice in the attached template, this size is a back-to-back 8 ½ by 11 color sheet which got growing into a four pager. That four pager is also a web site wireframe. That means one sheet of 11 by 17 inches. The web site wireframe is the corresponding size of the printed pdf magazine. The delivery on this mandate consists of producing 7-8 background for the wireframe as per attachment.

Phase II
The wireframe is growing. Instead of a four-pager like we use to do, we are now working toward creating an eight pages magazine. This translates into two times 11 by 17 inches sheets. The web wireframe does have to be modified and ‘fit with the printed template to be done. The designer who accepts that mandate needs to provide the wireframe as per the attachment. If there is a problem with the dimensions, please ask instead of trying to make the foundation of the printed magazine and the web wireframe. In short, when there is a problem, the designer needs to ask questions to the sys admin and the architect as we are working as a unified group/team. The platform and the wiki passwords are provided to the designer so that we can construct the new web site in harmony.
This time, we’re going to add lorem ipsum text and concentrate in creating visuals according to the theme of the magazine. It is all in French and there are more or less 60 visuals
Phase III
Adding the trackers – themes with key words for banners. The key words and the trackers will be built according to specs provided at the time. The invite to writers, publishing houses will be made, deadlines will be set. And, off course, tests will be done of the Phase II work as the system administrator will produce the web site with he wireframe specs and create the dB so that the themes can interact properly according to the users permissions. It is important to remember that the Terms of Services with the user contract will be done in parallel.
Phase IV
Tests will be made; adjustments will be done all in preparation to creating the printed version of the magazine once all articles will have been received. All visuals and the tracker of the validation questions being completed before the beta version can be announced.
