There is a need to create self-learning guides for the employees of a small company. The self-learning guides are intended to enable them to understand different areas, including financial topics. The goal is for employees to learn how different areas of the company work without becoming experts and to have a 360-degree view of the company's operation.

As leader of the area, we intend to carry out some guide sessions to explain in general terms the guide, make a workshop among all, leave exercises, tasks and at the end evaluate the knowledge learned.

The guides are 8 in total, but they have been divided so that different experts work on the topics to be taught.

The guides must be written and explained to the minimum detail and suitable for a novice to read and understand them.

To understand the file, please note the following:

The first page is informative:

1. It gives the name of the module that you have to develop.

2. It details the competencies or the objective of what the reader of the guide is required to learn, this will be your guide to where you should direct the development of the guide.

3. It lists the topics that you should develop. These are all the contents that you must develop the explanation, exercises, exams and everything that is requested in the following pages. Do not limit yourself in the information.

4. The estimated time that a person will use to study the contents of the guide, without exercises, without exams. It is the time for the person to read the explanation of the content that you develop.
