Key Design Considerations and Features 1. Input and Output Matching Networks o Techniques for optimal impedance matching to minimize reflection and maximize power transfer. 2. Stable Biasing o Methods for maintaining consistent performance under varying operating conditions. 3. Frequency Stability o Ensuring stable operation at 6 GHz despite thermal and environmental changes. 4. Efficiency o Techniques to achieve 90–95% efficiency, focusing on minimizing losses in the amplifier stages. 5. Linearity o Ensuring minimal distortion, especially for modulated signals. 6. Thermal Management o Effective cooling solutions for handling the heat generated by 200 W output power. 7. SWR (Standing Wave Ratio) Protection o Protection circuits to guard against high reflected power that could damage the amplifier. 8.
