I'm seeking an American seasoned telemarketer with a track record of converting cold calls into sales for my consulting services. Your main task will be to reach out to small business owners and promote our offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Cold call qualified leads with the objective of generating sales. - Effectively communicate the value of our consulting services to potential clients. - Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. - Update CRM with notes and statuses of each call. - Handle objections and provide solutions to potential clients' concerns. - Prepare and refine call scripts to enhance effectiveness. - Track and report call metrics to evaluate performance. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Previous experience in cold calling and sales, particularly in the consulting sector. - Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to understand and cater to the needs of small business owners. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cold calling. The expected volume is 10-20 calls per day. The primary goal is to increase sales revenue directly from the cold calls. Follow-up communications should be conducted via email after the initial call. Freelancer should provide summaries of each call instead of full recordings. The target will be small business owners across the nation. "The target will be small business owners in the following area: Florida, Texas, sun States." The cold caller should track the conversion rate for each call. Please use a customizable script for cold calls. The KPI will be the number of sales generated from cold calls. The cold caller must be proficient in English only.
