Team Photo Naming Application

I am a sports team photographer. One of the biggest bottlenecks I face is correctly getting the names of the kids on the photo. See 'U9 Final [login to view URL]'. In the last year I have started using QR codes which works a treat for naming the individual portraits but not a team photo. Thus I would like a solution to either have the club name the photo see 'User Interface App [login to view URL]' or have an app that I can use that allows me to make use of the barcodes. See 'User Interface - QR Code [login to view URL]'. Not sure which approach would be more cost effective. Pretty sure the in house app will be more time effective.
