Hi! I have obtained a PhD in molecular genetics and biotechnologies in 2011 while performing experimental work in the field of cellular immunology and cellular polarity. Afterwords, I obtained a two-year long postdoctoral fellowship focusing my research on establishing a genetic-based approach for large-scale pharmacological screenings with the implications for tumorigenesis. Both during my PhD and postdoc, the official language of communication and writing was English. I have written my PhD thesis and numerous other writings for seminars, presentation, reports etc. in English. Unlike many scientists, I absolutely loved writing my PhD thesis, or any form of scientific writing for that matter. Although I believe that we all have diverse strongholds as far as the science is concerned, I am absolutely sure that finding the best way in which words express the spatio/temporal logic of an experimental research is my favorite scientific playground. I have not performed any writing for money yet but I hope my experience in the field will allow me to learn how to do it fast. In that sense, the fact that I have also written projects in the field that are not related strictly to molecular biology (e.g. philosophy of natural sciences, marine biology) and even helped friends write their own thesis in the fields completely unrelated to mine (e.g. religion) might be a certain testimony of my ability to express various topics in writing.
