Office Space Design with Soundproofed Private Offices

I'm looking for a professional commercial designer to create a floor plan and design for an office space. The office will include:
- 4-5 private offices at least two of them (executives) with lots of windows for viewing the outdoors
- Reception area
- A 800 sq ft inventory room with a desk (with windows to view the 30,000 square foot warehouse
- A conference room with windows (between the two executive offices)
- A small workout room
- A multifunctional room (for 8 employees or so), Near the Inventory Room and With windows Viewing the warehouse.
- Kitchen/breakroom area with a large storage closet
- An outside area for employees to work, read or have lunch
A key feature of the design will be the soundproofing of the private offices. I want at least the private rooms to be completely isolated from external noise and from each other, making them conducive for focused work and private conversations.
Ideal candidates for this project will have significant experience in designing commercial spaces. Your understanding of commercial design principles and ability to create functional yet aesthetically (rustic/family vibe) pleasing spaces will be crucial.
