We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Property Manager to oversee the management and operations of our Airbnb and [login to view URL] rental properties.
As a Virtual Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful listing and management of properties on the [login to view URL] and Airbnb platforms. You will be handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, coordinating cleaning and maintenance services, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests.
Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the success and profitability of our properties.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on managing vacation rental properties
Strong familiarity with the Airbnb and [login to view URL] platform, including proficiency in using dashboard, calendar management, messaging system, and reservation management tools
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, property owners, and vendors
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work and virtual collaboration
Availability to work during EU / NAM / SA business hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings, guest check-ins, or emergencies outside of standard hours
Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, including communicating arrival
