I need a rendering for my 15x45 great room with a 14' ceiling. The purpose is to visualize options for a suspended dropped ceiling -- e.g., uniform height; or different heights to emphasize functional areas (living room, kitchen with island, dining area); and with different lighting options. As attached photos indicate, 3 of the walls are windows, including some sliding doors. The 4th side of the room includes (from left to right: 7.5' area for dining; 2.5' hallway opening; 15' kitchen cabinets (stove & fridge against wall; sink & dishwashers in 15' parallel island 3' from the wall with stove); 3' hallway opening; 17' for living room. Key aspects: - The dropped ceiling style is a suspended ceiling, about 12' from edge of wall and 12" down from the ceiling. - It will include architectural lighting. We envision lights running the entire perimeter of the dropped ceiling, providing ambient light. See example in first photo. The following photos show the raw space. We anticipate recessed lighting over the kitchen island. We anticipate a circular light over the dining room table and a larger circular light over the living room area. The materials for the ceiling will be gypsum board panels. I would like someone on an hourly basis who can provide conceptual drawings for us to react to, followed by our suggesting additional options or ideas. Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in interior design, architectural visualization, and CAD software. They should also have a strong understanding of lighting design and the use of gypsum board panels in ceiling construction. Please provide samples of similar work in your portfolio.
