I want an app script written for google sheets that will allow people to enter these fields: Client name (required field) Client ID # (this one not required field) Medication Name (required field), dosage (required), time and amount to take (required: such as example: Morning 1 tab daily), prescribed date (required), refill date (required), doctors name (not required). There needs to be the ability to put in more than one medication (hopefully without reentering the clients name each time. There would be buttons for Searching, that would bring up a client's entire medication list including discontinued meds.
