I'm seeking a professional to format our new catering menu into a sleek, modern style. The final product should be delivered as a high-quality PDF - sized 8.5" x 11". Ideally it would print as a brochure.

Key Requirements:
- Transform provided Word document into a well-structured, visually appealing menu.
- Utilize a modern aesthetic to enhance the menu's appeal.
- Ensure all sections and pricing from the original document are accurately represented.
- Include our logo as appropriate. Our restaurant name is Oh My Darling - that logo is below.
In addition, The Live Nation logo should be placed on the front page by where they are referenced. Above the Live Nation logo it should read, "The CNY Official Caterers for" (no quotations)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Graphic design experience, particularly with menu or catalog design, is preferred.
- Proficient in creating high-quality PDFs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific formatting instructions.
