**Interior Design Contest: Ground Floor Interior Design**

We are excited to announce an interior design contest for the ground floor of a modern residence. The contest is focused on creating stunning, functional designs for key areas including the kitchen, living area with stairs, drawing room, bedroom, covered porch, and all connected bathrooms and dressers. While the master bedroom is already designed, you are free to redesign it if desired.

**Requirements:**
- Submit only one entry per designer. Unrelated or multiple entries will not be considered.
- High-quality, realistic render images of the entire ground floor, with optimal lighting and camera positioning.
- Use the attached reference files and floor plan for guidance.
- Preference for simple, modern, and elegant designs with a focus on color, lighting, and space functionality.

**Note:** The contest winner will be given priority for future design projects, including the remaining areas of the first and second floors.

I have a quick clarification regarding the prize for the contest. Is the listed prize meant to cover the design for just one of the rooms mentioned in the description, or is it the full award for the entire project/design? Additionally, will the winner be selected based on the design of a single room or the overall design of the entire space?
