I'm looking for a web designer to create a homepage for my website (www.picappoint.com). The design should reflect a sleek yet friendly and inviting tone. Key aspects of the design should include:

- Use of Colors: The colors in the attached image must be incorporated into the design.
- Visuals: A friendly depiction of a photographer and a Realtor who know each other.
- Buttons: Three buttons labelled "Photographer", "Realtor", and "Demo".
- Headline: A prominent display of the headline "Your Real Estate Photography Marketplace".
- Menu: A multi-section, fixed menu with the logo on the top left and two items on the right labelled "Amenities" and "Pilots".
- Inspiration: The overall aesthetic should take cues from www.tonomo.io.

The primary goal of the homepage is to encourage sign-ups or bookings. Therefore, the design needs to effectively guide users towards this action.

Ideal skills for this job include web design, user interface (UI) design, and an understanding of user experience (UX) principles. Experience with creating engaging, service-focused websites is a plus. A keen eye for detail and ability to work with specified color schemes are essential.
