Hello,

i have made a metal coupler for a tube, which needs to be analyzed.

Test standard ISO 4210 frame fatigue and impact test.

Raise the ceiling by 10%.

I would recommend the material of the coupler choose 316L, the rest of the tubes choose 17-4PH or XCR，4 of the titanium M6 bolts choose the Gr5 titanium.

Regarding impact test:

300mm height, HT 10kg, BB 50kg, ST 30kg, twice, deformation >> 15mm

Your project can be completed with basic linear static analysis on abaqus and you dont' need explicit dynamics for impact test as static stresses will do since you have already specified velocity and mass in impact tes Zaidi
