Hi. I am interested in your project. As I understood, you compare timestamps after executing strtotime() function. Also you can use DateTime php object to compare date & time, or problem could be in $event->cut_off_date/starttime/etc format. Can you show for example output of var_dump($event->cut_off_date, $event->cut_off_time); to figure out how dates are coming before strtotime call. Thank you.
